Founded by Dr Reza Feizerfan
Pain Specialists WA was founded by Dr Reza Feizerfan. Initially driven to become a neurosurgeon, Reza discovered an affinity for the calming, life-saving discipline of anaesthesia during his medical studies.
When he observed a pain specialist ease chronic pain, he was struck by the profound impact and felt a powerful calling: to help those who had endured years of unrelieved pain.
I may not always be able to cure pain, but I can help guide patients to manage their pain. It’s not just about injections and procedures; it’s about listening, caring, and delving into my patients’ lives so they can live happier lives through effective pain management strategies.

Dr. Reza Feizerfan’s fellowship in Sydney, a journey both challenging and enjoyable, widened his horizons towards rehabilitative care and interventional pain management. It equipped him with a versatile skillset, enabling him to better treat patients grappling with chronic pain.

Meet Dr Reshad Mirnour
Dr Reshad Mirnour is a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician with a strong background in general practice and a passion for improving the lives of people living with chronic pain.
With over eight years of experience managing patients with complex conditions, Reshad developed a deep appreciation for holistic, patient-centred care. His early training as a GP laid the foundation for his approach, but it was through specialist training at Royal Perth Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, and Perth Children’s Hospital that he refined his expertise in pain medicine.
In 2023, Reshad completed a Master’s in Pain Medicine at the University of Sydney, further strengthening his knowledge and commitment to evidence-based care. His research contributions in general medicine, pain medicine, and neurology reflect his dedication to advancing the field and improving treatment options for his patients.
Pain isn’t just about physical symptoms—it impacts every aspect of life. My role is to provide personalised care, whether through interventional procedures, rehabilitation strategies, or working alongside other healthcare professionals. The goal is always the same: to help people regain control over their pain and improve their quality of life.

Meet Percy

I am Percy, a very good and friendly boy. My breed, the Lagotto Romagnolo, hails from Italy and is known for truffle hunting.
My ancestors were water dogs, so I love leaping into swimming pools and oceans, though occasionally I get in trouble for jumping into dirty lakes – I just can’t help myself.
I don’t shed and am hypoallergenic.
Chasing balls was my pastime, but after my dad diagnosed me with a knee dislocation that required a major surgery, I had to change my habits or, as dad says, make ‘life modifications‘. Now, I carry a ball in my mouth and walk around, still enjoying the game without the high-speed chase.
You’ll often find me sleeping behind the desk, always happy to greet people with a big smile and a warm welcome. Just call ‘Percy Boy’ and I’ll come to you. I might bark if awakened suddenly – it’s in my genes, but don’t worry, I won’t hurt you.
You can stroke and scratch me as much as you want, but I am sensitive in my ears. Nothing is wrong with them but I don’t like my ears being touched. By the way, there is a treat box on the table. I can’t reach it but you can 😉
